Summertime!

Congratulations to all of our graduates!!! And to everyone -- have a wonderful summer!

Photo of the Week

Several weeks ago, Jeff Haase (Design) and design students Ron Croe and Julie Evers participated in the Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS (DIFFA) event called Dining By Design. The group was enlisted for the fundraiser to design an "environment" that would accommodate 10 for dinner; in their case, for a group of folks from the OSU Medical Center. The event, started 18 years ago, is in New York City each year, and also travels to selected other cities. The Columbus event was held at the CCAD annex in downtown Columbus, and some of the 43 tables will be featured in Elle Decor magazine. Our design crew's table (above) used a sculpture of broken mirrors hanging above an all-white table to reflect projected images throughout the space.
